Free Naloxone in Los Angeles
Naloxone (Narcan) is available free of charge throughout LA County through the OEND (Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution) program, operated by the LA County Department of Health Services through Community Health Project Los Angeles (CHPLA). Naloxone Access Points (NAPs) are located across all service planning areas in the county. Visit laodprevention.org or call LA County DHS to locate the nearest distribution point. Naloxone is also available at most pharmacies in California without a prescription.
